Wrote... Hicimos un Safari, 8 personas durante el mes de Agosto de 20 dias por Tanzania : Arousha N.P. , Tarangire, Gorongoro, Serengeti, Mikumi, Selous. Lo organizamos a traves de Internet con Tonino. Ajustamos rápidamente las condiciones de itinerario y precio (por cierto, el más barato que encontramos). La relación con los conductores (Adam y George) y con la cocinera (Esther, estupenda) fue muy buena, nos adaptamos todos muy bien. Los conductores son unos estupendos guias, tienen un buen conocimiento del medio natural. Disfrutamos mucho de ese gran país que es Tanzania, tanto por el paisage y la vida animal de los parques, como por la relación con la gente de allí. Por otro lado la gente de AfricanHeart nos ayudó múchísimo para continuar nuestro viaje a Zanzíbar.

Wrote... Again we like to thank you for all you did for us. We really had a great time in Tanzania and it is remarkable to see the enthusiasm of you all. The Kilimanjaro was a heavy task for us but at least 3 of our four succeeded to the top. The discussion we had afterwards with you about tipping money was for both parties a good example of changing ideas. We appreciate the attitude of JMT and the fact that also these 'problems' are discussable with you and can be used to avoid trouble with other travellers.
The safari with George and Furaha was one of the highlights of the whole trip. What a great team those two. George is a great driver and it is remarkable how he still is able to spot the wildlife at a large distance while he is driving. You can see he enjoys to work with the wildlife and he can tell great stories. Furaha is a wonderful cook and we love the way he is able to prepare a dinner with only a few ingredients.
Looking back on the whole journey we can say we had a wonderful trip thanks to JMT. It is now time to process the photographs and write new stories for our website. Of course we will promote JMT here in The Netherlands and if we have plans to come to Tanzania again we will travel with JMT again. Guys our compliments!

Ik wou jullie nog efkes bedanken voor de prachtige reis die we (spijtig
genoeg) achter de rug hebben.
We zijn heel blij dat we ook de zuidelijke parken gedaan hebben, we hadden
daar de dieren echt wel voor ons alleen. Serengeti is schitterend omdat je
er alles van ongelooflijk dichtbij kan zien, maar qua sfeer is het zuiden
veel leuker.
We waren ook heel tevreden over onze begeleiders. Georges is echt wel een
heel goeie chauffeur, en gelukkig maar op sommige momenten want de
Tanzaniaanse wegen (of wat daarvoor moet doorgaan) hadden we wel een beetje
onderschat. Jullie moeten echt het stuk van Selous naar Morogoro eens
proberen, een aanrader. Rama is een echte schat en kon ons telkens weer
verbazen met zijn kookkunst.

Op het transportprobleempje na (een fout door de mensen van Parkside, zeker niet door jullie) is alles heel vlot verlopen. We zijn allebei meer dan tevreden over de geleverde service. Hotels in Moshi en Arusha zijn OK (Parkside in mindere mate, maar dat hebben we al aan Moses uitgelegd). De begeleiding, uitrusting en voedselvoorraad op de Kilimanjaro was ook meer dan in orde. En de uitstap rond Monduli leek bijna op een gastronomisch weekend, lekker relax (soms een iets zwaardere voettocht) en ontzettend veel en lekker eten!
Bedankt voor al jullie werk en moeite, dit was een schitterend georganiseerde reis ook al moest alles soms raprap geregeld of veranderd worden. Wij zullen jullie organisatie zeker aanprijzen bij andere mensen die naar Tanzania willen komen.
