AAR Action is a division of AAR Health Services which functions to
provide emergency road and air rescue services for members. We receive
up to 150 calls for road ambulance per month and undertake up to 12 air
rescues per month, with a capacity for many more such rescues. Air
rescues can be anywhere within the region, including Tanzania,
Kenya and Uganda.
The AAR Action team consists of a manager, chief paramedic and a team
of eight paramedics and dispatchers. All these personnel have ICU and
Accident and Emergency experience.
AAR Action is based within the main AAR headquearters in Nairobi.
White Card : 85 USD per person per year
* Unlimited rescue and evacuation within East Africa.
* Evacuation to Europe or elsewhere only if medical attention required
cannot be provided in the East African region.
Tourist cover : 1 USD per person per day
* Road and Air rescue in the event of a medical emergency within
Tanzania, Kenya and Uganda for de duration of the cover.
